Pork & Chives
Handmade dumplings filled with seasoned pork and fresh Chinese chives, wrapped and cooked to order. Juicy, savoury, and one of our most popular choices for anyone who loves classic Chinese dumplings.
PrawNS & CELERY
Handmade dumplings filled with juicy prawns and crisp celery, wrapped and cooked to order. Light, fresh, and well-balanced, with the celery adding a gentle crunch that lifts the natural sweetness of the prawns.
Lamb & Corriander
Handmade dumplings filled with seasoned lamb and fresh coriander, wrapped and cooked to order. Rich, aromatic, and well-balanced, with the coriander lifting the natural depth of the lamb.
Beef & ONION
Rich minced beef paired with sweet onion for a deeper, more robust flavour. A great option if you like your dumplings bold and satisfying.
MIXED VEGETABLE DUMPLINGS
Handmade dumplings filled with a balanced mix of seasonal vegetables, finely chopped and lightly seasoned. Fresh, satisfying, and full of texture, without feeling heavy.
TOFU & GREEN BEAN DUMPLINGS
Handmade dumplings filled with soft tofu and finely chopped green beans, lightly seasoned for balance. Fresh, clean, and satisfying, with a gentle bite from the beans.
Chicken and mushroom dumplings
Tender chicken mixed with earthy mushrooms and light seasoning, folded into delicate dumpling skins. Clean, comforting, and full of natural umami.


Yunnan Dishes
Inspired by the flavours of Yunnan, with rice noodles at the heart of many dishes. Fresh herbs, gentle heat, and bold, balanced flavours. Plates that reward curiosity without asking too much.
STIR FRIED AUBERGINE & OYSTER MUSHROOM
Sautéed aubergine strips and oyster mushrooms stir-fried with crushed garlic, onion and pepper strips.
DARE DEVIL PRAWNS
King prawns, shell-on and seared, tossed in spicy Yunnan seasoning. Best enjoyed with rice.
STEAMED BEEF & POTATO CLAYPOT
Tender slices of beef flank, power-steamed with potato to create rich, concentrated flavour and a soft, melt-in-the-mouth texture.
HAND TORN CHICKEN
Hand-shredded chicken dressed with fresh chilli, coriander, and lemon. Bright, refreshing, and served cold.
TRIPLE RED CHOPS
Named for its trio of red ingredients. Tomatoes, red chillies, and finely chopped pork, slowly sautéed into a rich, savoury sauce.
RICE FLAKES W/ MINCED PORK
Wok-tossed rice flakes with pork, chives, and tomato sauce. Vegan option available.
COPPER POT RICE W/ BACON & POTATOES
Smoky bacon and golden roasted potatoes cooked together with rice in a traditional copper pot.
PAN FRIED CHEESE
Pan-fried Yunnan cheese, golden outside, soft inside. Finished with salt and Sichuan pepper

Crispy pork belly stir-fried with leek and peppers in a chilli garlic sauce.
YUNNAN CROCKPOT SOUP
this dish features chicken and mushrooms gently steamed in a clay pot with a centre spout, the rising steam condenses into a clear, pure broth full of natural flavour
TEMPURA MUSHROOM STRIPS
Lightly battered oyster mushrooms, deep-fried and finished with a chilli salt sprinkle
SHREDDED POTATO STIR FRY
Julienne potatoes stir-fried with suan cai (pickled mustard greens) and dried chillies. Light, tangy, and spicy.
STIR FRIED VELVET MUSHROOM
Delicious Yunnan mushrooms stir fried with green peppers and garlic.
GRANDMA’S POTATOES
Roughly mashed steamed potatoes, stir-fried with spring onion, and topped with dried chillies and coriander. Comforting and bold.
THOUSAND LAYERED PORK
Slices of pork belly layered with pickled mustard greens, then slowsteamed until meltingly tender. A true Yunnan classic.
SPICED CHAR-GRILLED BEEF
Marinated beef, steamed and flash-grilled for a smoky crust and tender centre. Finished with Yunnan spice and fresh coriander.

Handmade Rice Noodles
Rice noodles sit at the heart of Yunnan cooking. Slippery, comforting, and deeply satisfying, they carry bold broths, gentle heat, and fresh herbs with ease. Each bowl is made to order and served hot.
