Mission

Our mission lies in sharing the beloved flavours of Chinese cuisine while introducing the vibrant traditions of Yunnan, a region known for its stunning landscapes and diverse food culture.

 

We take pride in our handmade dumplings, filled with fresh ingredients and folded by hand. Fillled and folded with care and tradition, each one offers a taste of authentic Chinese comfort food at its finest.

While we prioritize serving meals together to enhance the dining experience, the freshness of certain dishes means they're brought out as soon as they're ready, ensuring peak flavor and aroma.

Vision

In addition to the classics, we are excited to showcase some of Yunnan's signature dishes, like Cross the Bridge Rice Noodles, a time-honored specialty steeped in legend and tradition.

 

This dish, with its warming broth and fresh ingredients, was inspired by the story of a devoted wife who carefully prepared meals for her husband, ensuring they remained hot during his long study sessions across a bridge.

 

We also offer Copper Pot Rice Noodles, a savory Yunnan favorite, cooked in a traditional copper pot to enhance the depth and richness of its flavor as well as other Yunnan dishes.

Our commitment to great food and attentive service is matched by our desire to make a difference in the world of Chinese cuisine, introducing you to the delicious, lesser-known dishes of Yunnan.
