In this hands-on class, you'll be guided through the process of making our famous dumplings – filling dependant on the day you book – using pre-made pastry to ensure you can focus on the fun without worrying about getting your outfit messy. Laura will teach you the traditional techniques and shapes for each dumpling, and then you’ll put your skills to the test by making 12 dumplings yourself.
