For two weeks, we’ll be marking the Year of the Horse with a programme of celebrations —Traditional ceremonies, workshops and an unforgettable Lion Dance performance at our celebration’s culmination.

Open Dumpling Making Masterclass

A hands-on dumpling making masterclass in Cambridge, exploring traditional Chinese folding techniques and the craft behind handmade dumplings. Guests will learn, fold, cook, and enjoy their own dumplings together around the table.

Chinese Calligraphy Workshop in Cambridge
19th & 26th February · 7:30pm
A Chinese calligraphy workshop in Cambridge introducing traditional brush techniques, ink, and form. This relaxed session offers an opportunity to learn the basics of calligraphy and practise at the table during Chinese New Year.

Traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony

A traditional Chinese tea ceremony in Cambridge, guiding guests through tea rituals, etiquette, and tasting. The session focuses on understanding Chinese tea culture, preparation methods, and the stories behind each tea.
